Plenty of good news overnight with Australia dominating the “Festival Of World Cups” held in England.
Australia won four of the five World Cups on offer. Here are the results of all the finals:
In the Women’s World Cup final Australia defeated New Zealand 22-12.
In the Armed Forces World Cup final Australia defeated New Zealand 32-22.
In the Police World Cup final Australia defeated Fiji 18-16
In the Students World Cup final Australia defeated England 26-16.
The only World Cup not secured by Australia was the Rugby League Wheelchair World Cup.
In the Wheelchair World Cup final France defeated England 42-40.
Now all eyes turn to the Rugby League World Cup to be held at the end of the year. Can Australia continue its domination of the international game, or will New Zealand retain the trophy once more?
I can’t wait to find out!
