During State Of Origin three Greg Bird was hit with a stray elbow by Nate Myles and hit the deck for a couple of minutes. It was something Paul Gallen made a bit of a joke about in the post match press conference.
Mal Meninga also mentioned it in the Queensland post match press conference saying Bird deserved an Oscar for his performance.
When told about Meninga’s comments by a Channel 10 reporter, this is what Greg Bird had to say…
“Run at me bro!”
