The Penrith Panthers have captured the signature of young Cronulla Sharks star Tyrone Peachey. Peachey has signed a 2 year deal with the Panthers that will take him through to the end of the 2015 season.
Peachey will join Jamie Soward and Brent Kite and one of the Panthers “big” recruits for 2014. The Panthers pushed hard to get the 21 year old who I honestly thought was going to stay at the Cronulla Sharks.
Peachey is a back rower and could possibly be an option for the Panthers at five-eighth. He is the nephew of former Cronulla Sharks fullback David Peachey.
