Canberra Raiders winger Edrick Lee could miss the rest of the season after sustaining a foot injury on the weekend according to the Canberra Times.
Lee snapped ligaments in his foot in the Canberra Raiders 24-12 loss to the Gold Coast Titans on the weekend.
Lee is a really good young player but every time he looks like his career is about to kick on he unfortunately picks up an injury. His 2013 season was cut short when he broke his arm just a few games into the season and if he missing the rest of the 2014 season that a 2 year setback in his career.
Lee made his first grade debut in 2012 and immediately caught the eye of NRL supporters. He was already being talked about as a possible future State Of Origin prospect last season before his arm injury.
Hopefully this foot injury is not as bad as feared and he can get back on the field in a couple of months time. He is one of the Raiders best young players. They need him on the field.
