Australia has scored an impressive 26 to 4 win over New Zealand at WIN Stadium in Wollongong.
New Zealand played well in the first half and it looked like we had a real test match on our hands. In the second half however it was a far different story.
The young Kangaroos side ran away with the contest. They were rarely troubled by the Kiwi attack and the loss is sure to leave New Zealand asking a few questions about where they are headed as we head slowly towards the next World Cup.
This win means that Australia has all but wrapped up the Oceania Cup.
Earlier in the day the Australia A team annihilated France 62 to 4, while the Australian Jillaroos exacted some recent over the New Zealand Kiwi Ferns after the World Cup of 9’s last weak, defeating their rivals from across the ditch with a resounding 28-8 victory.
